On October 20, November 24, December 15, and January 26, the lecture series Contemporary Art, an Exploration took place at S.M.A.K. The initiative was launched on the occasion of the exhibition Private Passion x Public Mission and was a collaboration between S.M.A.K. and Amarant. On these four Sundays, I presented four topics: minimal art, conceptual art, arte povera, and postmodernism. The focus was on the artists and their work displayed in the exhibition rooms. Additionally, attention was given to artists who have been underexposed in art history. Finally, I presented several personal collaborations with contemporary artists whose work reflects elements of the discussed art movements.
